Facilitation through Art
Sometimes the best way to handle complex issues is by art based methods and a participatory process. Searching for new directions, finding alternative scenarios or creating understanding how our team works together - these are challenges that we often solve.
What we do in practice is workshops. In the process we combine intuition and experiential learning, logical interpretation and action planning. At the end you will have the team vision depicted as a painting or personality profiles culminated on t-shirts, way of working as a shared dancing experience or horror scenarios as a sculptures - and also a concrete roadmap what to do next.
