Bunch of Grapes:

Holistic Wellbeing at Work

When was the last time you stopped to listen to yourself?
How often do you truely allow yourself to be creative?

Wellbeing at work is not only about physical condition, nutrition, know-how and skills - it's also a lot about mind as well. Art is known as a way to develop identity, self-esteem and emotional life. Growing as a person is related to comprehending your own thinking and learning patterns. A group of people can develop by learning more about each other by making picture as discussing them. Encounters of unusual themes and working in new circumstances in a creative way is also a way to develop a team.

Empowering Worry Doll Workshop

Children in Guatemala made lilliputian dolls for which they wispered their worries in the evening. The dolls were put underneath the pillow and by morning the worries would have been gone. Also adults undergo moments when such a worry doll that takes all your burdens and secret anxieties away would be needed - a doll that does all the worring on your behalf.

In the Worry Doll Workshop we make empowering miniature sculptures out of paper clay and other materials. The technique is easy and rousing.
Duration: 3 hours.

Wellbeing days

Is it time to create a peaceful, safe, creative space and time to concentrate developing wellbeing at work? In a wellbeing day we can do many different types of practices which will encourage people to work together, recognize one's own dreams and needs and feel good. All forms of art can be applied. The wellbeing day can be designed and carried out together with a psychologist or physiotherapist.
