Supporting Organisational Change

Constant change has become part of everyday for many teams. Some find it a necessary source of energy and renewal - for others it is most stressful. Big organisational changes evoke feelings that can not be ignored if you want to get moving on. By visual art, music and theather based methods we can deal with emotions at work in a very discreet way.
Burning Bridges, Butterfly Effect, Metamorphosis and Eye of the Storm
These are names of our Change Workshops in which we will reflect emotions awoken by the change at hand. We will try to make the emotion visible in different ways. In the beginning will make current stage analysis, where are we and where are we heading at. What kind of future is facing us as organisation and on a personal level? At the end of each workshop we will discuss how everything we've done is linked to participants everyday work. Duration of the workshop: 1/2 - 1 day.

Let me hear you!
Music is an international language and one way of expressing your thoughts and feelings. We can jam together and open up our channels of creativity. By making music we can observe and analyse the current situation, how do we work together and what are our challenges. Attending a Grape Arte music workshop doesn't recuire any musical skills. The song is composed and performed by the trainer or the participants themselves. The song can even be recorded in a studio. It's possible to make two songs, which makes it easier to see what has happened in between. Please contact
Doron Karavani for further information.
Change Training by Art
Grape Arte's creative touch can be added to Grape People's Change Agent Training in which you will learn how to facilitate organisational change processes. With professional actress/actors we can simulate different roles, change leadership, communication and management. The above mentioned "Butterfly Effect workshop" can be used as a part of a change training to demostrate how feelings are related to work performance.
