" The one day facilitation training was super. The participants were truly experienced - the type of people who know it all and for whom it is difficult to train anything.

Everyone enjoyed the training and how it was facilitated (the feeling) but even more important is that the tools went immediately into practise and in everyone's toolbox. 

Our "planning engineer" Veijo and our "critique" Maija tried Closed Space the next week, which I could not have believed. Dynamic Facilitation and Closed Space went into our toolbox (we have been somewhat suspicious with Open Space and we seldom have opportunities for it).

In a few words: our team considered your training the best they have experienced this decade and everyone was happy. And in addition to being happy everyone has started to use methods their own way. Experiences have been positive and experiments not just on surface level.

They often ask about impact of training. The impact of your training was immediate and I believe that in the future we can better execute our core mission; continuous development of competitiveness of Finnish organisations.

PS: I got enthusiastic even before but your training confirmed that I had not gone nuts. It is truly interesting that also my engineer colleagues got enthusiastic and they even admitted that they had learned something new about the world.
