Piritta specializes in the facilitation of creative processes, innovation training, and methods of change. During the past few years she has worked with some of the biggest corporations in Finland, training R&D management teams and experts in various fields of business. These teams have gained a shared vision and understanding of complex challenges, future possibilities, and breakthrough ideas. Our customers have found Piritta very results-oriented, energetic and full of fresh ideas. She inspires the people around her.

Piritta is a professional facilitator and art & business specialist whose background is in visual art pedagogy. She has worked as a trainer/facilitator since 2001 and has unique skills and experience in combining visual art pedagogy with organizational development processes. Her mission is to develop and utilise new and efficient facilitation tools for creating understanding and trust in complex environments. This is crucial to innovation and the transformation of organizational culture - and to making the world a better place.

Piritta has an MA in Art Education from the University of Art and Design Helsinki. She is fully qualified teacher. As part of her studies, she majored in art therapy. Piritta has also studied art management in the Netherlands and management consulting, organizational development, psychology, and leadership at the School of Economics in Helsinki. She is also a certified SDI-trainer and ScrumMaster. Piritta is happy to work in both Finnish and English – she might even say a few words in Dutch too!

Within Grape People, Piritta is responsible for developing our international brand. She is also the director of our Grape Arte team which is specializes in facilitation through art. Piritta is a partner of Grape People Finland Ltd.
