Anna has a background in conflict resolution and is currently completing her PhD in the subject. She has studied and worked extensively in eastern Europe, Russia and Germany especially with large groups using the Open space facilitation method. She also specialises in intercultural communication and developing cross cultural teams.

Anna is a partner in the international consultancy Grape People Germany, based in Berlin. Anna is happy to work in German, English and Russian.

At the moment Anna is on a maternity leave (until end of the year 2010).
