Greg O’Shea is a former specialist in corporate finance, M&A and international business development with more than 10 years experience in the UK, the US and Europe. Greg has a law degree, an MBA and is a certified accountant  and auditor. Greg has been working as a facilitator and consultant since 1997. He specialises in complexity, chaos and global management team development.

He is based in Cambridge and his clients are mainly leading Finnish organisations working with emerging and new technologies. He has worked with organisations seeking to promote emergent change, self organisation and self responsibility in the US, Japan, Scandinavia and throughout the rest of Europe.

His key beliefs are freedom and  true empowerment in organisations and new forms of organisational working. He is finishing his doctorate in the practical and grounded application of complexity theory in organisations.
