Dr. Greg O’Shea is a former specialist in corporate finance, M&A and international business development with more than 10 years experience in the UK, the US and Europe. Dr. O’Shea has a law degree, an MBA and is a chartered certified accountant and auditor. He is based in Helsinki, Finland and Cambridge, UK where he is also Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Innovation in International Business

Greg has been working as a facilitator and consultant since 1997. He specialises in complexity, chaos and global management team development. His research field is Open Innovation, networks and SMEs. Greg’s clients are mainly leading Finnish organisations working with emerging and new technologies. He has worked with organisations seeking to promote innovation, collaboration and emergent change in the US, Japan, Scandinavia, Russia, the Baltics and throughout the rest of Europe.
