Karis focus is facilitation for creating sustainability in projects. Projects create the best environment for driving learning and new ways of thinking. Effective facilitation can truly release the potential in people and enable groups to "think together".

Facilitation adds an important dimension to projects - research shows that it´s not only what you do that matters but also how you do it/how you manage the people process, how you create involvement and commitment. Kari has many years of experience in working with various kinds of change projects in Sweden and internationally. She is responsible for an executive program in Strategic Project management at the Berghs School of Communication in Stockholm.

Kari holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Uppsala as well as a degree in pedagogy and teaching from the Teachers College at the University of Stockholm. She has also studied Project Management at Harvard University in USA.

Kari is MD for Mötesverkstan which is our partner in Stockholm, Sweden.
