Marina Kurdova is a trainer and facilitator who is heading Grape people in Russia. She has a higher education in the humanities. In 1996 she undertook psychological education with a specialization in Organizational psychology. Five years later she became a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management.

She started her career as a senior manager in Human Resources. This experience was really useful for her future work as she gained an insight into the inside structure of a company in terms of its everyday needs in learning and training.

Her major fields of interest are the  long-time projects that she has successfully completed working with both middle managers and senior managers in Management Skills Development. She has also trained groups of CEO's in various Russian companies in Strategic development and Managing change. Marina believes that the personal development of every member of a team that she works with has a great importance because it leads to the major changes in organizations.

As a facilitator she led corporate work-shops and strategic planning sessions. She also facilitated roundtable discussions, conferences, forums and master schools where her audience were professional trainers, consultants and HR managers. The largest  group she has facilitated has been of 250 participants.
Since 2000 she has been a member of the interregional professional association of trainers and consultants InterTraining.
