Pepe Nummi is a Finnish facilitator based in Helsinki. He has eight years of experience in international business and has worked as a trainer/facilitator since 1998.

Pepe’s mission is to introduce latest change facilitation and leadership wisdom and experiences from the world to organisations. This involves both training and organisational development work. The training projects include training of leadership, change leadership, and facilitation skills. Consulting projects include change implementation, vision and strategy development, value deployment, facilitating large meetings, innovation, conflict resolution and group development.

Pepe is a pioneer in facilitation; he is the first CPF (Certified Professional Facilitator) in Finland, first Chairman of the Finnish Association of Facilitators and author of the Handbook of Facilitation (published in Finnish by Edita 2007). In addition he is a BBA and MA.
