Innovation Structures

Developing innovation structures in learning organisations aims at creating long lasting and self maintained organisational structures. This will help to support and nurture innovation as well as the continual development of these structures.

Our Innovation Structures Development Process is a loop which has four stages. The loop duration is 120 days (or less in some cases). The loop is repeated continuously. The Development happens in an iterative and participatory way. New business ideas, products or ways of working that are generated and tested within the loop will eventually become part of normal business.

The stages of the Innovation Structures Development Process:

  • Creation of Participatory Innovation Structures
  • Creative Teams & Project Maintenance
  • Implementing and Prototyping
  • Validation, Reviewing and Celebration of Success
