Grape Arte Creativity
Grape Arte is about developing organisations and teams through visual culture, art and design. Within Grape Arte is a team of unique experts who have an interesting combination of skills, knowledge and experience in the visual arts and theater and in business, pedagogy and facilitation. Our way of working is based on methods derived from our art and theater training. We work with our hands, the whole body and voice, using intuition and creating deaper understanding.
Facilitation through Art methods can be used in variety of team development processes. We can create scenarios from paper and clay or finalise the team vision on t-shirts or we can use theater methods to make analyses of the current state. Facilitation through art can be used in team development processes to learn to trust and understand your team members, to deal with change and emotions, to improve holistic wellbeing and above all for creativity and innovation.

Breaktrough Thinking Teams Workshop
In creative processes it isn't only idea generators that are needed. We also need people who enjoy clarifying our challenge, those who like to analyse and develop ideas into solutions and those who just want to start actioning. In this one day workshop we make a
FourSight team profile and develop the creative communication within the team. Based on the team profile we practice and learn group tools for those areas of the innovation process where the team needs more strength. To learn more contact
Piritta Kantojärvi.
Creative Problem Solving Process
The Breaktrought Thinking Teams Workshop is based on the Creative Problem Solving Process and it's application in the Four Sight team profile. The process has a long, rich history. It was originally conceived by Alex Osborn in 1953. There are six stages:
- Identify Goal, Wish or Challenge
- Gather Data
- Clarify the Problem
- Generate Ideas
- Select & Strengthen Solutions
- Plan for Action
The CPS has undergone over 50 years of development and research and is perhaps one of the most widely used and best researched creative-thinking models in the world.
