Integration modules

  1. Creating the Change story - We work with the change owners to create and practice their merger change story based on Lewin's principles of change
  2. Building Change Commitment - We facilitate sessions with the change owners so that teams get to understand, challenge and adapt the proposed merger changes
  3. Diversity - A key belief is that trust can be built through diversity workshops - these are conducted on a personal level with psychometric tools and on a cultural level using concepts taken from Hofstede and Quinn and Cameron
  4. Strategising - We help the team build their own strategy to go forward based on trends analyses, environmental and internal analyses, stakeholder needs and vision creation
  5. Tools for Collaboration - We teach collaborative tools to help team leaders practically lead merged teams
  6. Leadership & Coaching - We support through personal performance coaching the leadership development of the merged team leaders
  7. Follow-up - We conduct follow up sessions to review the progress of the team and its action plan
