International collaboration for learning

Grape People is taking part in the "NODE" project funded by the Leonardo da Vinci program. "NODE" stands for Networks of Organizational Development Exchange. We are working together since Fall 2009. All partners are small consulting companies providing facilitation, coaching and training programs.

Our overall aim is to share knowledge and experiences, develop facilitation skills and tools. We started the cooperation in this learning partnership in order to create a common understanding of training practices and standards in the partner organizations and to improve our own practice.
